Get your novice licence - your N (Class 7): Individual driving lessons or Package lessons
We will start in a quiet area to get you comfortable with controlling the car, and build your confidence before moving to busier roads.
- Getting familiar with the vehicle and assessing your surroundings.
- Starting & stopping (acceleration & braking). Parking tips.
- Steering: handling corners and changing lanes.
- Speed Management, Observation and Communication and defensive driving tips.

- Eligible after having your N (Class 7) for at least 2 years (or 18 Months, if you took GLP in your L stage).
- Also eligible if you moved to BC with a licence from certain countries.
- We simply want to brush up your driving skills.
- We will work on your weaknesses and bad driving habits.
Essential Driving skills
Once you are comfortable with basic vehicle handling skills, we will start to practice these on the roads by driving instructor. We will focus on driving education as follows:
- General driving (e.g., driving straight, driving on hills and curves)
- Changing Lanes, Pull out into traffic and pulling over at side of the road
- Different situations where you need to give way to other vehicles.
- How to deal with advanced complex intersections while driving.
- Where and how to park safely and legally.
- Parallel parking, angle parking, reversing, Two and Three point turns, U-turns.
- Hazard identification, road awareness, and how to avoid crash situations.
- How to indicate correctly and safely negotiate roundabouts.
- Maintaining a safe following distance.
- Merging on and off a highway
